Michael Forman is Chairman and CEO of Franklin Square Capital Partners. He has been leading Franklin Square since founding it in 2007. Mr. Forman serves as Chairman and CEO of each of Franklin Square’s funds and chairs all advisor investment committees.
Prior to co‑founding Franklin Square, Mr. Forman founded a private equity and real estate investment firm. Mr. Forman started his career as a corporate and securities lawyer.
He is a member of a number of civic and charitable boards, including The Franklin Institute (Executive Committee member) and The Vetri Foundation for Children (Chairman). Mr. Forman serves as the Co‑Chair of the Capital Campaign for The Philadelphia School. He was a founding member and served on the Executive Committee of the Greater Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT). He also served The University of the Arts as a Trustee and Executive Committee member of its Advancement and Investment Sub‑Committee.
Mr. Forman received his BA from the University of Rhode Island where he graduated summa cum laude and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He received his JD from Rutgers School of Law.
Mr. Forman is married and lives with his wife and three daughters in Philadelphia.
Richard (“Dick”) Cashin founded One Equity Partners in 2001 and is the President based in New York and a member of OEP’s Investment Committee. Mr. Cashin has over 34 years of private equity investing experience and a strong performance track record across various industries and markets. Mr. Cashin has been closely involved in all of OEP’s prior investments and was a member of the Investment Committee during OEP’s 14 years within JPMorgan. Mr. Cashin is a member of the Board of Directors of Genband and Titan International.
Prior to founding OEP, Mr. Cashin was with Citigroup Venture Capital from 1980–2000 and served as President from 1994–2000. Mr. Cashin is a Trustee of the American University in Cairo, Boys Club of New York, Brooklyn Museum, Central Park Conservancy, Jazz at Lincoln Center, National Rowing Foundation, and Newport Festivals Foundation. Mr. Cashin is active in inner‑city educational initiatives, Harvard fundraising and has served as Co‑Chairman of his Harvard class for over 35 years. In 1976 and 1980, Mr. Cashin was a member of the U.S. Olympic Rowing Teams and was a world champion in 1974. Mr. Cashin is the son of a Foreign Service Officer and grew up in Libya, Ethiopia, Ghana, Indonesia, and Pakistan. He attended Harvard University and graduated in 1975 with a degree in East Asian Studies. Following a one‑year fellowship at Trinity College, Cambridge in 1976, he worked at Jardine Matheson in Hong Kong. In 1980, Mr. Cashin completed his M.B.A. at Harvard Business School.
David Han joined One Equity Partners in 2005 and is a Senior Managing Director based in New York and a member of OEP’s Investment Committee. Mr. Han led OEP’s investments in Pirelli Tyre, OCI, Columbian Chemicals, Sonneborn, Celltrion Healthcare and PeroxyChem. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Sonneborn and Celltrion Healthcare, is Chairman of PeroxyChem and previously served on the Boards of Columbian Chemicals, OCI and Pirelli Tyre.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Han spent 18 years as a Mergers and Acquisitions banker. He began his investment banking career as an Associate at Lehman Brothers and was a Vice President at Morgan Stanley, a Managing Director at Smith Barney, a Managing Director at Greenhill, and a Managing Director at Credit Suisse First Boston. He received his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and his B.A. in Economics from Cornell University.
Mike Kelly serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Franklin Square Capital Partners, where he oversees the Investment Management and Product Development functions. His responsibilities include developing new, innovative alternative investment products and overseeing Franklin Square’s investment staff and sub‑advisor partners to ensure its products meet the needs of their investors.
Mr. Kelly has extensive experience in investment management, product development and business development. Most recently, he was CEO of ORIX USA Asset Management, where he led the company’s acquisition of Robeco, a $250 billion global asset management company and the largest acquisition in ORIX’s 50‑year history. Mr. Kelly started his career on Wall Street at Salomon Brothers and went on to join hedge fund pioneers Omega Advisors and Tiger Management. He then helped build and lead the hedge fund firm FrontPoint Partners, where he first served as Chief Investment Officer and eventually Co‑CEO.
Mr. Kelly is a graduate of Cornell University and earned his MBA at Stanford University.
Mr. Kelly is a co‑founder and board member of the Spotlight Foundation, and serves as a trustee of the Tiger Foundation and the Stanford Business School Trust.
Mr. Kelly lives in Connecticut with his wife and two sons.
Greg Belinfanti joined One Equity Partners in 2006 and is a Senior Managing Director based in New York and a member of the Investment Committee. During his nine 9 years at OEP, Mr. Belinfanti has worked on a number of investments in the healthcare and business services industries and has led many of OEP’s healthcare transactions. Mr. Belinfanti is a member of the Board of Directors of Celltrion Healthcare and EGS, and has previously been a member of the Board of Directors of Apollo Health Street, ArthroCare, M*Modal, Prodigy and Systagenix.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Belinfanti served as a Vice President in the Investment Banking division of Lehman Brothers, specializing in Global Healthcare. Mr. Belinfanti received his B.A. in Politics from New York University and his J.D. from Harvard University.
Tucker Twitmyer is the Senior Vice President and head of Private Equities, responsible for management and expansion of the asset class at Franklin Square.
Before joining Franklin Square, Mr. Twitmyer was a Managing Director at EnerTech Capital Partners, an alternative investment firm focused on the energy and power sectors, where he managed a direct investment portfolio and institutional sponsor relations. Prior to EnerTech, Mr. Twitmyer was a co-founder and Managing Director of Katalyst, LLC, an operations consulting firm serving private equity, venture capital and family offices. Earlier in his career, as a Senior Manager with Andersen Consulting Strategic Services, he developed strategies for some of the world’s largest communications, manufacturing and service companies. Mr. Twitmyer started his career as a Project Manager with MultiServ, managing, developing and implementing information technology systems.
Mr. Twitmyer received his MBA degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his BA degree, also from the University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Twitmyer has served on more than 25 for-profit boards as well as several not-for-profit boards and committees. Currently he serves as a Director of the Wharton Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and Ben Franklin Technology Partners.
